Online Marketing Manager

We are an E-commerce Company selling various products with multiple different brands and online shops around the globe.

We are looking to grow our workforce by hiring a Marketing Manager (f/m/u)

We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets.

Being well organised and reliable is very important, as well as being fluent in English.

Key duties:

** Upload ads to facebook/instagram independently
** Judge the results, increase the budget to generate more revenue
** Upload Ads to Tiktok
** Create reports for Ad results
** Communicate with the Video Editors and request new ads
** Add daily adspend in a sheet
** Set up FB Bms and follow rules on how to add pages to ad accounts
** Report your results to the CEO
** Refresh ads in retargeting
** Test new creatives or angles and give feedback to the video editors
** Come up with ideas for our brand like, angle, landing page regarding your experience

Qualifications needed for this position:

** Minimum of total adspend in the past of 5.000 Eur a month
** Facebook Marketing experience
** TikTok ads experience is a +
** Google ads experience is a +
** You should have knowledge of ecommerce and worked in the space before

Requirements:

** 40h/week
** Able to use Slack, clickup, google sheet and GoogleDrive
** Experience in e-commerce environment
** Fluent in English
** You have a Laptop/Computer
** Communicate regularly
** University degree is a bonus (but not a must)
** Willingness to learn
